Sean is a highly experienced Health Executive and is the Director of Consulting at Zarebis. Sean possesses 30+ years of experience in the health and community care sector, both here in Western Australia and Singapore. He has worked directly with CEO's and Leaders to mentor and guide executives, managers and teams to perform at their highest level. He has also managed, at the executive level, several not-for-profit and private community care organisations, as well as managing 15+ departments in a 1400 bed acute hospital. Sean recognises that there are many challenges in this sector, from operations to legislation, and Sean has the expertise to enable community care and health care providers to spearhead initiatives that are targeted and enterprise wide, as he focusses on the strategic development and planning, business transformation, change management and operations, including financial management, workforce planning, project management and cost analysis.
Fundamental to Sean's success is that he effectively assesses organisations to provide them with a bird's eye view of operations to ensure project delivery and strategic road-mapping propels community and aged care organisations to grow, strengthen their core delivery areas, stay ahead of their competition, and sustain the business year on year.
Garth is an accomplished business transformation executive, with a proven track record in leading global transformation programs from strategy to execution. With over two decades of experience, Garth possesses a deep understanding of the drivers of shareholder value and stakeholder motivations, and what it takes to navigate the complexities of enhancing operational productivity at the ground level.
His extensive portfolio includes delivering IT programs, transforming operating models and cost reduction initiatives. Garth approaches challenges with a methodical mind-set and his observations and insights are consistently considered to be thought-provoking and forward-looking, and at the same time, grounded and practical. His style is to be adaptable and open to innovative solutions to create an environment of true collaboration and empowerment amongst client staff and team members.
Brad brings more than thirty years of experience in organisational design, leader development, enterprise change and transformation, professional facilitation and implementing high-performance human systems to Zarebis. Specialising in adult learning, training, coaching and facilitating the growth and development of high-performing leaders, Brad helps individuals, teams, and organisation's to increase effectiveness, achieve valued bottom-line results, and become measurably more viable and adaptive. Certified in several leadership, team and culture assessment instruments, Brad is often described as a high-energy consultant and facilitator.
The combination of world class training designs, effective group processes for problem-solving and decision-making as well as an energetic delivery style, ensures clients routinely invite Brad back to facilitate ongoing programs. Michael is a seasoned Digital Transformation expert and strategist with a remarkable career that has been centered around cross capability consulting, and within a data-driven operational environment. Occupying roles as the APAC-ROW Head of Business Transformation and Digital Consulting (Executive Digital Strategist) from 2018 to 2024 for HCL Technologies, Michael's leadership exhibits a strong commitment to transformation and fostering team collaboration in crafting strategic roadmaps and engagements, whilst developing key teams and capabilities.
Michael's expertise encompasses over twenty years of hands-on change and innovation initiatives, spearheading and driving direction for the gamut of customer and business outcomes through roles that include Transformation Practice Leader, Head of Business Process Modernisation, Regional Head of Digital and as a Customer Experience APAC Director. Michael has implemented solutions for digital B2C/B2B experiences in apps, web, data transformations and portal ecosystems across various industries and communities, and over the last two years, Michael has been involved in creating digital strategies within the community care sector in Australia working alongside CEO's to implement various digital platforms.
